George Monnier, Executive Vice President, Financial Services
Group
For the last 15 of his 25 years in sales, George has
concentrated on the financial services industry. He handles more
than sales, however. His expertise includes direct marketing and
new account development, customer service training, and targeted
list selections for ACTON clients.
Prior to joining ACTON, George managed many multi-million dollar
accounts when he worked for Proctor & Gamble, McGraw-Hill, and
InfoUSA. That trend continues with banking clients like
1,100-office, multi-region Fifth Third Bank, although he's just
as interested in working with banks that have as few as a
handful of locations.
George has a knack for breaking down the complexities of direct
marketing into easily understood components so even the novice
marketer can understand, and he's always willing to share the
information and his ideas with others.
Sean Mulvaney, Senior Vice President, Financial Services Group
If you're looking for someone who has packed a huge amount
of banking and sales experience into a short time period,
then look up Sean. Before he joined ACTON Marketing at the
end of 2005, he worked for USBank, one of the nation's
largest banks with offices in 24 states. He's obviously a
self-starter because he finished in the top one percent of
referral sales among the bank's regional tellers. That feat
meant a promotion to Personal Banking Officer/Sales and
Service Manager. There, Sean finished in the top six percent
among his peers, company-wide, for total sales in both 2000
and 2001.
Sean moved on to Information Technology Inc., where he
learned banking from the hardware and solution development
side of the business. His salesmanship prompted a promotion
to the sales side as a Program Manager and brought an
invitation to speak at ITI's national convention in 2005.
He holds a Business Administration/Marketing Management
degree and an Associate of Applied Science degree. Combined
with his banking experience, Sean fits perfectly into
ACTON's Financial Sales team.

Frank Metzger, Senior Vice President Loan Acquisition
Programs
When it comes to recommending loan programs to financial
institutions, Frank certainly has the experience it takes. He's
been connected to the credit union industry since 1985 and was
the Senior VP at Team Automotive Group in Indianapolis, where he
directed marketing and loan promotional campaigns for credit
unions across the country.
Earlier, Frank was the president and CEO of a Credit Union
Service Organization owned by a large credit union that had
local and international offices. He developed one of the first
auto buyer services and auto dealer networks in the Midwest,
responsible for generating thousands of auto loans each year.
Before joining ACTON Marketing, Frank was a national manager
for the nationwide consumer list and credit report provider,
Experian. There he developed and implemented marketing
strategies, developed new products, and directed loan
promotional campaigns.
Paul Denny, Vice President, Financial Services Group
Paul heads up ACTON's North Carolina Marketing office. He's
responsible for the overall relationship with a select group
of financial services clients and prospective clients. Paul
provides a variety of services, including needs assessments,
client satisfaction, training and mystery shopping.
A 2005 graduate of the ABA School of Bank Marketing, Paul
joined ACTON in 2002, after a career in project and account
management in the field of technology, plus a number of
professional experiences in "the wide world of sports."

Jayme Shelton, Vice President, Financial Services Group
As shown by his past experiences, Jayme is a detail-oriented
guy — a very important quality in his Account Executive
position at ACTON. While most of ACTON's clients use our
Checking Account Customer Acquisition program, Jayme works
with clients who need services beyond the basic checking
program. Organization and the ability to juggle multiple
client projects are essential to Jayme's daily routine.
Before coming to ACTON, Jayme spent over five years
supporting banks at Information Technology, Inc. (ITI) in
Lincoln. He was as a quality control analyst who assisted in
the testing and support of bank teller systems. Prior to
that, he was a teller for US Bank.
Jayme's attention to detail began long before he entered the
workplace. He was honored as the Freshman Biology Student of
the Year during his time at Northeast Community College. He
was also given the responsibility of presenting ITI's new
accounts platform solution at the company's national
conference in 2005.
Outside of the office Jayme is involved in church
organizations, including helping families in need with
repair projects on their homes.
Ben Sedivy, Vice President, Financial Services Group
The Financial Sales Department
scored a coup when they gained the services of Ben
from his former position in the Training Department.
Now he devotes his considerable talents to clients
and prospects in the Western Region.
Ben joined ACTON Marketing in
early 2007 as our Assistant Director of Training.
Early on, he earned rave reviews from his training
session participants and from his training
colleagues. When he wasn't flying around the country
to hold training sessions for our clients, he helped
update training materials and expand the services
the Training Department offers.
You can still see Ben in many of
ACTON Marketing's training videos on our website and
on sites like YouTube.
Originally from Waverly, Nebraska,
just east of Lincoln, Ben came to ACTON Marketing
from Union Bank and Trust Company where he worked as
a teller and personal banker. There he also worked
with several 529 Plans, including one of the top
plans in the nation, the College Savings Plan of
Nebraska.
Ben graduated from the University
of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelors of Science in
Business Administration, majoring in Marketing with
a minor in Economics. While at UN-L, Ben was
selected to attend the prestigious Walt Disney World
College Program in Orlando.

Amber Hegwood, Executive Marketing Director
Every company needs a go-to person who the staff can count
on to get all the details covered. Amber has that role at
ACTON. She never worries about one day being like the next
because her duties and projects vary so much. She performs
account manager duties for clients by overseeing their
standard projects and their special agency projects. Other
times, Amber prepares sales materials for client visits or
to mail to prospective clients. She helps all members of the
sales team around the office, and she's the special
assistant to EVP George Monnier.
Amber graduated from Nebraska's Doane College in May 2009,
with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing.
