Dean Johnson, Vice President, Production and Control
During Dean's 20-plus years at ACTON, he has worn many hats - the majority in print
production and print purchasing. Currently, Dean coordinates the list side of the
ACTON business, as well as the Creative and Production processes to get projects
through the facility on time. He also serves as liaison between Sales and Production.
All those years of production experience has helped Dean develop a sixth sense for
recognizing problems before they can happen. That talent helps client projects stay
on schedule so the promotions arrive in the prospects' mailboxes when expected.
Mark Hansen, Production Manager
Mark is another of ACTON’s long-time, loyal employees. He’s been performing
various jobs in the production department for over 22 years! Today, Mark coordinates
print production projects between ACTON and print shops, puts out the last-minute
production fires, and sees that the clients’ projects are printed in time
to meet the mail and shipping deadlines. That often means he’s hustling from
department to department and phoning printers as he juggles last-minute developments.
At times like that, his job is as hectic as a Wall Street floor trader, but Mark
calmly keeps it all in perspective and still has time to toss out a few of his quips
for his co-workers to enjoy.
